Where are my pictures?
If you have been granted access to a gallery, log in first, then click on My Pictures next to your name toward the top left corner of the screen.
What is My Pictures?
My Pictures are galleries that have limited access to them that you have access to.
Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?
Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.
I can't seem to log in.
Log in information is case sensitive, be sure you have entered it correctly. If you have forgotten your password, click here.
Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?
By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.
I have been sent access information for a gallery, what do I do?
Click the Access Gallery link. Enter in the access code on that page. If correct, you will be able to view the gallery. If you have an account and are logged in, then you will only have to do this once and this gallery will be listing in My Pictures.
Downloaded images are 'not printable' what does this mean?
The images for download are large enough to use on your profile on Facebook/Myspace/MSN etc or as a keepsake but not large enough to print out at an acceptable resolution without noise on the image. We do this since most of our revenue comes from re-prints and selling a large master image would negate the need for this (We have to eat too!) We can sell the master image to you if you contact us, but it is usually more cost effective to buy the number of prints you want as master prices are often quite high.
Once ordered how long do my photos take to be printed and delivered?
Depending on the number of photos ordered anywhere between 5-7 days. We print your photos at a commercial lab using the highest quality FujiFilm Professional Photo paper. We then have them sent direct to the address provided to minimise the wait. If you have ordered special items such as Canvas Prints, Keyrings or Framed photos these can take longer, but usually the lead time for these is annotated in the item description. If there will be a delay beyond the stated time we will keep you informed.
We are having a ball, How much do you charge to cover our event?
Depending on the number of people it is usually free! We only charge for prints on the night or through our website. Guests are under no obligation to buy whatsoever. Usually it becomes quite a focal point for your event/party!
We print out photos on the night using a professional high quality Dye-Sublimation printer, we don't use an inkjet printer which will fade over time. Dye sublimation last over 45 years in accelerated tests. The print is then put into a Cardboard mount ready for you to take home, there and then!!
If it is a smaller event then we ask for a fee to cover our travel and set up, but once we exceed a certain number of prints we will refund the fee.
For large Charity functions we can pay a commission to you based on our sales on the night.
We generally stay for around 6 hours or until we have got everybody that wants their photo taking. We will then take photos around the event. Events involve usually between 6-8 hours of work plus rigging and de-rigging of the studio area and lights. |
